Weeding to Avoid Insanity
It doesn’t take a Psychology Degree to see that NOW more than ever, it is important to keep our mind and body busy with CONSTRUCTIVE THOUGHTS AND PHYSICAL ACHIEVEMENTS. No matter how small the strides, putting a positive step forward helps us to regain and maintain a healthy existence. Weeding is a way to being empowered and organized.
As a nature lover and garden grower, I tend to simplify everything by getting to the roots first. A healthy beginning starts at the foundation, the roots.
Get Clarity by Weeding out the Clutter.
More important than physical clutter is the emotional clutter. Social media has enabled us to continually replay everything, including the negative. This negative is what I call emotional clutter.
Friends, by saving negative conversations and replaying drama on phones, we are reliving pain, hurt, and anguish. WHY SAVE IT? By constant replaying, we are reprogramming our minds to think that the negative is validated and true. So why not simply DELETE, DELETE, DELETE this negative clutter. Do yourself a favor.
Start fresh, positive, and anew. Learn from it and move on.
It is not as easy as it sounds, but it can be done with practice. Reprogram your mind with only positive messages. I think it was Henry Ford that said ‘If you think you can or can’t, you are right’. Think about that.
Now is the time to rethink. If you are not where you need to be…….only You have the power to change it. Weed out the clutter.
In all this Pandemic disruption……..It is time to Find Your Happy Place.
